Presentation
The cottage Calmettes located in Pont de l’Arn (near Mazamet) offers you space and comfort for your stays.
A room on the ground floor equipped to accommodate large meals of all types for special occasions as for your short and medium term stays.
This convivial space is bookable for special occasions of all types (weddings, seminars, birthdays, etc.) and is integrated into the accommodation as a living room / kitchen.
No event can take place in the reception hall if night reservations are in progress.
This room available to visitors can bring everyone in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The floor of the cottage is dedicated only to the night with 5 rooms of 4 places with bathroom / toilet attentante.
A hall and a shared terrace is shared with all visitors,with a spa 6 places (in operation from october 15 to May 15), complete this part.
WiFi and 4G are supplied.
The outside swimming pool of 15 x 7 m with its corner(place) balneotherapy is at your disposal from May till September. 8h to 24h.
Pets are allowed. It is forbidden to smoke inside the house.

- Le Lac du Pas Des Bêtes which is located 5 km from the cottage, ideal for a small ride by bike or on foot.
- Le Mas del Pech with a beautiful waterfall 3 km from the cottage also accessible on foot or by bike.
- Le montagnès et Lac’cro Parc (10 km)
- Le Lac des St Peyres, a wild lake ideal for nature and sport lovers. (25 min)
- The aquatic center of Mazamet
- The golf of Mazamet "La Barouge", 2 km from the cottage, a golf created in 1956, 18 holes, one of the most beautiful and largest courses of Midi-Pyrenees.
- Cycling / mountain biking: "la voie verte" , hiking in the black mountain or the mythical Pic de Nore.

The different formulas to enjoy the gîte
Cleaning 129 euros
In summer, we only rent by the week and prefer tenants who come with family, we accept groups of friends, but if you come to party all week long and live music all night long, our cottage is not suitable for you.
We do not accept exclusively male groups, such as the bachelor parties of old boys, we had really too many problems.
The addition of portable speakers outside the cottage is not allowed.
In addition, we realized that little attention was devoted to the problems of electrical consumption (lights on all night, underfloor heating etc ...), therefore in an ecological and financial concern, a meter reading dedicated to the gîte will be made at the entrance to the premises and another at the exit, the cost will therefore be borne by the tenants, payable on departure. (count depending on the number of people, plus or minus 5 euros / day in summer, and plus or minus 15 euros / day in winter).
The swimming pool is reserved for the gite, however, my children can possibly bathe there from time to time.
The spa is not included in the rental price, the price is 40 euros per day, the water is changed for each tenant.

Deposit: 2000 euros.
Swimming pool open from 8 a.m. to midnight.
Spa in operation from October 15 to May 15.
The arrival and departure times are flexible and depend on the occupation of the gîte before and after your reservation.
