THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF MAZAMET AND THE BLACK MOUNTAIN Pet friendly. Everything on the spot! Large sound room, bar, swimming pool, spa, petanque and squash court, children’s games. Giant footbridge, via ferrata of Hautpoul 5 km Golf at 2 km. Canyoning . Tree climbing. Lakes nearby, and many hiking trails or mountain biking, are available to you: the greenway is 3km. you can also visit Carcassonne, and its city. Albi with its cathedral, Castres, Toulouse, or go the day to the sea (Narbonne 80 km). On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, a large room of 160 m2 with a corner sono , a video projector, various ambient effects: Lazer, and a fully equipped bar. A large wood stove is available to heat the cottage, wood is provided free of charge. A secured pool of 15x7m, with diving board and balneo corner. A large shaded petanque field. Balls provided. A Squash court on site, free access, provided you have suitable shoes that do not make black tracks, snowshoes and balls provided. Dart games, Table football. In each room, there is a quality bed in 160 , plus a bunk bed in 90. A TV and a Bathroom (toilet, shower, sink), 1 bathroom/ bedroom. 26 people, 28 with sofa bed in the hall. An outdoor barbecue is available on the ground floor. The upper terrace has a SPA 6 places. Sheets and duvets are provided, but not towels . You have an exceptional view, and full south, on Mazamet and the black mountain. A large trampoline, slide, swing. For children who do not know how to swim the pool has a paddling/ balneo corner. the guests of the cottage have access to the entire building, the spaces around the building and the pool. Tables and chairs provided for sitting, cutlery for 30 people. Bar. Petanque. Squash, spa, trampoline, swing, tobogan

- Le Lac du Pas Des Bêtes which is located 5 km from the cottage, ideal for a small ride by bike or on foot.
- Le Mas del Pech with a beautiful waterfall 3 km from the cottage also accessible on foot or by bike.
- Le montagnès et Lac’cro Parc (10 km)
- Le Lac des St Peyres, a wild lake ideal for nature and sport lovers. (25 min)
- The aquatic center of Mazamet
- The golf of Mazamet "La Barouge", 2 km from the cottage, a golf created in 1956, 18 holes, one of the most beautiful and largest courses of Midi-Pyrenees.
- Cycling / mountain biking: "la voie verte" , hiking in the black mountain or the mythical Pic de Nore.

The different formulas to enjoy the gîte
Cleaning is not included in the price, we have a cleaning lady come by who makes the accommodation operational and clean in compliance with health measures, 129 euros to be paid on site.
In July and August, we only rent by the week.
In addition, we noticed that little attention was paid to the problems of electricity consumption (lights on all night, heating, etc.), so for ecological and financial reasons, a meter reading dedicated to the cottage will be carried out upon entering the premises and another upon leaving, the cost will therefore be borne by the tenants, payable on departure
The tourist office tourist tax is payable on site: 1.44euros\adults\nights.
The swimming pool can be used rarely by my children, but priority is reserved for people occupying the cottage.
The spa is not included in the rental price, the rate is 36 euros per day, the water is changed at each tenant’s.

Deposit: 2000 euros, check not cashed and returned upon departure.
Swimming pool open from 8am to midnight. From May 15th to September 30th.
Spa from October 1st to May 15th.
PS: ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT RENTALS:
Option at 90 euros to arrive from 9am instead of 3pm
and option at 90 euros to leave the premises until 6pm the next day.
